Job summary

First Circle is expanding its Collections Team and seeks a Collection Analyst for Early Stage Accounts to perform desk collection operations and engage with clients. The role bridges internal teams and external stakeholders to drive growth, improve recovery rates, and reduce delinquency.

Required experience ranges from 1 to 5 years, with a Bachelor's degree. RTO on-site at BGC Taguig; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this dynamic FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Delinquency Management: Manage M0 and M1 delinquent accounts.

• Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments and track fulfilled PTPs.
• Record Keeping & Collaboration: Update account records accurately and coordinate across internal teams.
• Performance Goals: Consistently meet target collection rates and daily productivity metrics.

We are seeking a dynamic Collection Analyst for our Early Stage Accounts to join our Product Operations team. This role will be doing client calls for desk collection operations. The Collection Analyst will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Delinquency Management: Manage M0 and M1 delinquent accounts.

• Amenable to 5x RTO work set-up in BGC Taguig.
