Job summary

First Circle seeks a Collections Analyst for its Early Stage Accounts to join the Product Operations team. You will perform desk collection calls, engage clients, negotiate payment plans, and track payments to improve recovery rates.

The role involves delinquency management, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on achieving daily productivity targets. 5x RTO on-site at BGC Taguig is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• 1–5 years of experience as a Collection Analyst; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to handle challenging accounts.

Responsibilities

• Delinquency management for M0 and M1 accounts.
• Conduct calls, follow-ups, and negotiate payment arrangements or PTPS.
• Monitor incoming payments and track fulfilled PTPS.
• Update account records and coordinate across internal teams.
• Meet target collection rates and daily productivity metrics.

We are seeking a dynamic Collection Analyst for our Early Stage Accounts to join our Product Operations team. This role will be doing client calls for desk collection operations. The Collection Analyst will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Delinquency Management: Manage M0 and M1 delinquent accounts.
• Client Engagement: Conduct calls, follow-ups, and negotiate payment arrangements or Promises to Pay (PTPs).
• Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments and track fulfilled PTPs.
• Record Keeping & Collaboration: Update account records accurately and coordinate across internal teams.
• Performance Goals: Consistently meet target collection rates and daily productivity metrics.

• Amenable to 5x RTO work set-up in BGC Taguig.
• Years of Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Collection Analyst. Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.
• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Work Ethic & Drive: Self-motivated and proactive, insists on excellence and is driven to constantly improve, displays initiative and independence in task execution. Comfortable working with difficult-to-recover accounts.
