WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead technical coordination for coal-fired power plant projects in the Philippines. The role acts as the single technical authority across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Control Systems disciplines.

You will ensure complete, accurate engineering deliverables, support procurement, construction, and commissioning, and manage interfaces with clients, EPC contractors, and regulators.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical). Master's degree is an advantage.
• Registered Professional Engineer.
• 12+ years of total engineering experience in large industrial or power plant construction.
• 8+ years in engineering leadership roles on coal-fired plant projects.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM environments for utility-scale plant projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single technical authority for the project, providing direction across all engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate interfaces among Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Control Systems disciplines.
• Oversee complete, accurate, and timely issuance of all engineering deliverables, drawings, and specifications.
• Provide technical oversight for procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Manage technical interfaces with clients, EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and regulators.
