PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

• To monitor implementation of strategies and initiatives that will enhance property values including regional/strategic actions related to property management including amenities, utilities and equipment, security, warehousing and such other areas that will impact on the actual operations of the malls within the region for the purpose of enhancing shareholders’ value.

LEASE MANAGEMENT

• Monitor high occupancy rate as well as to ensure maintenance of positive relationship with incoming and existing tenants within the mall.

TENANT MANAGEMENT

• To monitor compliance of the mall to standards and policies that affect management of tenants for the purpose of achieving an efficient and effective standardized system necessary for enhanced communication with external parties (tenants), performance management, discipline including strategic relationships with other functions in order to strengthen and improve relationships and productivity of tenants and the other functions of the organization within the region.

COMPLIANCE

• Monitor proper compliance of the mall with internal, external and environment requirements.

DOCUMENTATION

• To ensure accuracy and timeliness of required data and reports related to performance of operations and management in general within the mall and effectively providing information and data that are important for decision making for the purpose of ensuring that the over-all functions of management of the mall are aligned with corporate objectives.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Encompasses the tasks of recruitment, management, and providing ongoing support and direction to all the employees within the team. These tasks include compensation, hiring, performance management, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training for overall talent development and for the best interest of the company.
• Participates as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in any training program development and/or implementation, which requires the specific technical and/or soft skills of the job to contribute in the development of talents within the organization.
