The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related business field, with at least 3 years in a similar role and proven experience managing four properties concurrently. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or business-related field.
• 3 years experience in the same position, preferably managing multiple brands and categories.
• Managed at least four properties simultaneously as a Cluster General Manager.
• Pre-opening skill set, project management, and project development know-how.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong multi-level and cross-functional communication skills.
• Open to all nationalities with a valid work permit in the Philippines.
