Job summary

SMDC is seeking an experienced Property/Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations in Dasmariñas, Cavite. The role requires leadership of site engineers and staff, budget oversight, and strong stakeholder communication to clients, owners, and tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a 7+ year background in property management, deep knowledge of building regulations and safety standards, and excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors-level degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in property, facilities, or building management.
• Knowledge of building management regulations and safety standards.

• Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client concerns and present information effectively to various stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and business analysis.
