Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, at least 3 years of sales experience, and 1+ year in supervision, with strong Excel and data analysis skills and a motorcycle license.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance, customer activity, and territory coverage.
• Analyse sales data and prepare regular performance reports and insights.
• Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend actions to improve sales performance.
• Ensure accurate sales records, reporting, and use of Excel-based tracking tools.
• Conduct field visits and support the team in addressing customer and operational concerns.
