Job summary

SSL 888 TRADING CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth across motorcycle parts and related products in the Philippines. You will lead the sales team, monitor performance, and develop strategies to expand dealer networks and customer accounts, leveraging data to guide decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a business field, 3+ years in sales, and at least 1 year in supervision, with strong Excel skills and deep knowledge of motorcycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and professional demeanor.
• Strong ability to monitor and analyze sales data.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• A valid licence and access to a motorcycle.
• Experience in motorcycle parts, automotive, FMCG, hardware, or distribution industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles.
