Anytime Fitness SM Consolacion is seeking a Club Manager to run the club as your own business. You’ll lead the team, grow memberships, uphold operating standards, and own the club’s P&L and KPIs.

This is a hands-on role on the club floor in Consolacion, Cebu, requiring a fast pace and clear targets. If you’ve led teams in retail, F&B, hospitality, or service industries, your transferable skills will shine; training is provided.

Club Manager – Anytime Fitness SM Consolacion

Location: Consolacion, Cebu
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱55,000 per month, plus sales incentives

About the Role

Anytime Fitness SM Consolacion is looking for a Club Manager to run the club as your own business. You’ll lead the team, grow memberships, uphold operating standards, and own the club’s P&L and KPIs.

This is a hands-on role on the club floor, built for someone who enjoys a fast pace and clear targets. You don’t need a fitness background. If you’ve led teams in retail, F&B, hospitality, BPO, sales, or another service industry, your skills transfer. We provide the fitness-industry training.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales & Membership Growth

• Lead daily sales activity: prospecting, lead follow-ups, appointments, tours, and trial conversions

• Hit monthly targets for memberships, personal training revenue, and local campaigns

• Build club visibility in Consolacion and nearby areas through walk-ins, referrals, and community partnerships

Lead and Develop Your Team

• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff using our S-Level System

• Run daily pre-shift huddles, weekly 1-on-1s, and monthly performance reviews

• Give clear, honest feedback and address underperformance early

Run Smooth Operations

• Manage daily routines for opening, shift change, and closing

• Schedule staff to match foot traffic, sales windows, and member needs

• Keep the club clean, welcoming, and its equipment in working order

Own the Numbers

• Manage P&L drivers: sales, petty cash, staffing ratios, and upsell conversion

• Track key KPIs, including calls, trials, tours, appointments, churn, NPS, and retention

• Work with Finance on reporting, payroll, and budget optimization

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing a fast-paced team, whether as a Club Manager, Gym Manager, Operations Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant/F&B Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Team Leader from any industry

• A record of hitting sales targets and delivering consistent growth

• Solid understanding of KPIs, budgeting, and P&L management

• Experience coaching teams and handling performance issues directly

• A systems-minded, decisive, hands-on approach, and calm under pressure

• Comfort with a disciplined, accountability-focused culture

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Based in, or willing to commute to, Consolacion, Cebu
