Job summary

XR&J Fitness Corp. (Anytime Fitness) in Cebu is seeking a Club Manager to lead the club team, drive daily operations, and uphold brand standards. This full-time role offers relocation support and a clear path to career growth.

You will be responsible for sales targets, member retention, scheduling, reporting to head office, and ensuring safety and cleanliness, with a Monday to Saturday shift pattern and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role (fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, or service).
• Proven sales and team-handling experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Willing to relocate to Cebu.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday on assigned shifts.

XR&J Fitness Corp. (Anytime Fitness) is urgently looking for a Club Manager in Cebu (IT Park / SM Consolacion). Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants outside Cebu.

₱50,000 - ₱60,000 per month + incentives

Full-time | Start ASAP
