Job summary

XR&J Fitness Corp., operator of Anytime Fitness clubs, seeks a highly driven Membership Sales Manager to lead membership sales and business development for our Davao operations.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, coach the sales team, manage end-to-end sales processes, and strengthen the club's local market presence through excellent customer service and strategic partnerships. This role requires a proven track record of meeting targets and a passion for fitness and member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably with supervisory or team leadership.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve membership and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Membership Sales team toward goals.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Membership Sales Manager to lead membership sales and business development for our Davao operations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing the sales team, generating new memberships, and strengthening the club's presence within the local market.

Key Responsibilities
