Anytime Fitness in Cebu City (AF JY Square Mall) invites a driven Membership Sales Manager to lead membership growth and uphold the brand in the local community.

You will develop sales strategies, conduct consultations and gym tours, train and motivate the sales team, and use social media and events to attract new members while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
