Job summary

SAP Academy for Customer Success offers a three-year development path for early-career talent in a global, customer-facing sales environment. The program combines structured learning with hands-on field experiences and mentoring from senior Account Executives.

Participants will rotate into roles such as Account Executive and Solution Sales Executive, gaining exposure to cloud solutions, AI-adoption strategies, and cross-functional teamwork across markets worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a quota-carrying sales environment in a technology company or equivalent exposure to business processes.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities, qualify leads, and manage sales pipelines across a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, sell and close new business to existing and net new customers.
• Learn and apply in a structured 10-month program with classroom and field phases.
• Drive value across the customer lifecycle through solution adoption and renewals.
