Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a USRN Trainer to deliver clinical and process training to healthcare professionals and support teams within a U.S. healthcare BPO environment.

The trainer designs, facilitates, and evaluates programs covering UM, CM, Triage, Appeals, and Claims Review, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical guidelines while translating complex processes into engaging learning. The trainer collaborates with Operations, QA, Clinical Leadership, and Learning & Development to keep

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted USRN license.
• 2–3 years clinical bedside experience in ER/ICU/Med-Surg/Telemetry.
• 1 year experience as USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account.
• Strong knowledge of MCG/Milliman Care Guidelines, InterQual criteria, HIPAA, and U.S. medical terminology.
• Previous experience in training delivery, facilitation, or clinical education.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, and training methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to conduct training in onsite, remote, or hybrid environments as required.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery and Facilitation for US healthcare accounts.
• Conduct instructor-led sessions covering clinical workflows, regulations, documentation, and account-specific processes.
• Deliver training for UM, CM, Triage, Appeals, and Claims Review.
• Develop and maintain training materials.
• Ensure content aligns with HIPAA and US standards.
• Update content for process improvements and client changes.
