Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services in Metro Manila is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver and facilitate trainings per business requirements. You will conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop customized Training Needs Interventions to support KPIs.

You will regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders, coach new hires, and model values such as excellence, integrity, and accountability.

Qualifications

• BSN with valid USRN license (any state, preferably NY).
• Training experience in a BPO setting.
• Background in supporting US healthcare accounts.
