Job summary

Comrise is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to support recruitment for healthcare roles, including nursing and allied health professionals. You will manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding handoff, screen candidates, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

You will build candidate pipelines, provide hiring market insights to managers, and track recruitment metrics to keep stakeholders updated.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience.
• 1-2 years of experience hiring nurses, allied health, or clinical professionals
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
