Job summary

Makati Life Nurture Medical Center Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment across clinical, nursing, allied health, and administrative roles within the hospital.

You will source, screen, interview, coordinate, and administer recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to maintain a robust candidate pipeline and fill positions within turnaround targets. Onsite recruitment activities and career fairs are part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience sourcing and screening candidates via multiple platforms and channels.
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills, with good time management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities from requisition to endorsement and hiring.
  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networks, referrals, career fairs, and school partnerships.
  • Review applications and conduct initial screening and interviews per standards.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate subsequent interviews.
  • Maintain active talent pools for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely filling of positions.
  • Support sourcing strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Assist recruitment for nurses, physicians, technologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and pre-employment activities.

Job description

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely and effective hiring of qualified employees for the hospital. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, and recruitment administration for clinical, nursing, allied health, ancillary, administrative, and other hospital positions. The position works closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements, maintain an active candidate pipeline, and support the hospital's staffing and workforce needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment activities from job requisition to candidate endorsement and hiring
  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, career fairs, and school partnerships
  • Review applications and conduct initial screening and interviews based on established recruitment standards
  • Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate succeeding interviews
  • Maintain an active talent pool for critical, high-volume, and hard-to-fill hospital positions
  • Monitor recruitment progress and ensure positions are filled within established turnaround time targets
  • Assist in developing and implementing sourcing strategies for clinical and non-clinical positions
  • Support recruitment for nurses, physicians, medical technologists, pharmacists, radiologic technologists, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and other pre-employment activities
About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, BPO, or high-volume recruitment environment
  • Experience in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment platforms and channels
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience using an ATS or recruitment tracking system is an advantage
  • Willingness to work onsite and participate in recruitment activities, career fairs, and other hiring initiatives
