Quilt Health is seeking a startup-minded RN or NP to serve as the clinical SME and operations lead, reporting to the CEO. You will bridge clinical care and fast-moving software development, guiding patient and clinician support workflows and product strategies.

You will shape intake workflows, data curation, and care-team interactions grounded in real-world clinical culture, delivering actionable feedback and seamless experiences for patients and providers.

Qualificações

• Active, unencumbered RN or NP license in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure).
• 3+ years of clinical experience in triage, patient intake, care navigation, or chronic disease management.
• 1+ years in a digital health startup or healthtech/product team.
• Ability to translate clinical realities into technical user stories and data workflows.
• Experience with EHR systems (Epic) is desirable; EPIC certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product and Engineering to inform clinical data collection and EHR standards.
• Lead patient onboarding during pilots and develop the Health Guide role.
• Develop content with marketing for patients, caregivers, clinicians, and health systems.
• Create standardized clinical screening guardrails and escalation pathways.
• Ensure structured data quality to support research and health system goals.
