Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinician and client schedules with appropriate ratios.
• Serve as primary scheduling contact for clients and staff.
• Schedule assessments and reassessments to on-time completion.
• Coordinate care across disciplines and arrange substitute clinicians.
• Oversee front desk operations and verify benefits and coverage.
• Review patient records and collect payments as needed.
• Manage authorizations and ensure services remain authorized.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
