Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a Mental Health Operations Biller for a part-time remote role in the Philippines. You will assist the Owner with clinic operations, manage billing, and coordinate with clients and therapists to ensure smooth finances.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical mental health office management or executive support, strong QuickBooks and Google Workspace skills, and familiarity with mental health EHRs and CPT codes. You will maintain filing systems and respond to emails promptly.

Qualifications

• 20 hours per week availability.
• 3–5 years in Medical Mental Health Office Management or high-level EA role.
• Mental Health experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Mental Health EHR software.
• Familiarity with CPT codes (Mental Health and Cardiology).
• Highly responsive and takes ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls with a professional, empathetic tone.
• Collect co-pays/deductibles and coordinate with biller on underpaid claims; inform clients of denials.
• First point of contact for billing concerns with emotional intelligence.
• Use QuickBooks and Google Sheets to track daily office expenses, tax docs, and bank statements.
• Put recurring bills on autopay and streamline workflows.
• Maintain a color-coded, organized filing system (digital/physical).
• Monitor emails at least 3x daily for timely service.
• See every task through to 100% completion without reminders.
