• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs to strategically address specific skill gaps in technical, procedural, and compliance areas.
• Collaborate with department heads to set learning objectives that align with quality standards, accreditation (CLIA, CAP), and safety protocols.
• Create engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, presentations, SOP manuals).
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training using feedback, pass rates on competency assessments, and performance metrics (e.g., error rates in testing).
