Job summary

The role involves delivering customized programs for Rank and File and Supervisory levels and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement all L&D initiatives. Strong communication and program design skills are essential, with an ASAP start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training, preferably in food & beverage, retail or hotel industry.
• Experience in creating or designing training modules.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Can start ASAP.
