Job summary

CARTAL ENTERPRISES INC. seeks a field-based clinical trainer to support hospital and client-site deployments of medical devices. You will conduct product orientation, user training, and demonstrations, helping healthcare professionals understand proper use and applications.

You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams, prepare training materials, and maintain records of training activities while traveling to hospitals and client sites to deliver hands-on education and on-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical/healthcare-related fields required or preferred.
• RN or RRT license advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel to hospitals and client sites for fieldwork.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Biology, or other medical/healthcare-related courses

• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT), or holder of a relevant professional license is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Healthcare or medical device experience is an advantage but not required

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable conducting training and demonstrations for healthcare professionals

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to hospitals and client sites
