Job summary

Variance Trading Corporation is seeking a field-based Clinical Training Specialist to support hospitals and clinical staff with the proper use of medical devices. You will conduct orientations, hands-on training, and product demonstrations at client sites, coordinating with sales and product teams to address questions and gather feedback.

The role requires travel to hospitals and clinics, strong communication skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical/healthcare field is required or acceptable.
• RN or RRT license is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential.
• Willingness to travel to hospitals and client sites for fieldwork.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist healthcare professionals in understanding the proper use and application of assigned medical devices.

• Provide on-site support during product implementation, training, and other clinical activities.

• Coordinate with customers regarding product-related questions and application concerns.

• Work closely with the Sales Team during hospital visits, product presentations, and customer activities.

• Coordinate with the Product Team regarding clinical feedback and customer requirements.

• Assist in preparing training materials, product presentations, and other clinical documents.

• Maintain records and reports related to product training and customer activities.

• Keep updated on product features, applications, and relevant clinical practices.

• Attend product training, seminars, conferences, and other company-related activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Biology, or other medical/healthcare-related courses.

• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT), or holder of a relevant professional license is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Healthcare or medical device experience is an advantage but not required.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable conducting training and demonstrations for healthcare professionals.

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to hospitals and client sites.
