We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) to join our team. This role bridges the gap between clinical practice and advanced medical technology, ensuring successful implementation, training, and support of our medical devices and solutions. The Clinical Application Specialist will work closely with healthcare professionals, providing expert product knowledge, hands‑on training, and clinical case support to optimize patient outcomes and maximize customer satisfaction.
Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and hands‑on clinical training for physicians, nurses, and technicians.
Provide onboarding and advanced application training to ensure effective system utilization.
Support physicians and clinical staff during live cases to ensure safe and effective product use.
Troubleshoot and provide real‑time guidance during procedures.
Build strong relationships with healthcare providers to understand clinical workflows and customer needs.
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams for product improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to support pre‑sales activities, including clinical presentations and product evaluations.
Assist in product adoption strategies and post‑sales customer success.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of trainings, case reports, and customer interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Sonography, or a related healthcare field.
Strong knowledge in medical imaging will be advantageous.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for clinical support and training.

Experience supporting medical devices in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage.
