Job summary

MedGrocer is seeking a Medical Coordinator to oversee daily clinic operations, coordinate staffing strategies, and ensure efficient recruitment of medical staff. The role requires collaboration across clinical and management teams, with a focus on scheduling and onboarding processes.

Ideal candidates have healthcare recruitment experience, strong Google Workspace skills, and flexibility for shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome; onsite position in Makati offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferably has experience in medical staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Proficient in Google Workspace apps (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
• Willingness to work flexible hours (e.g. rest day on weekdays or starting work at 1PM).
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
• Must work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in clinics and maintain open communication with relevant stakeholders to build staffing strategies.
• Source full-time and reliever nurses, as well as implement effective recruitment efforts to generate more leads.
• Monitor proactively all staff schedules and ensure it meets all clinic requirements.
• Collaborate with both the medical staff team as well as the clinic management team to guarantee all recruitment gaps are filled in a timely manner.
