MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Clinic Operations Supervisor to oversee daily clinic activities and delivery of quality healthcare to members. The role involves supervising staff and retainer doctors/dentists, managing concerns, and ensuring efficient outpatient approvals.

The candidate should be a medical graduate with at least 2 years in a clinic setting or HMO experience, and possess strong communication, empathy, negotiation, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year Medical course
• At least 2 years’ experience in clinic setting or working in an HMO is an advantage.
• Strong communication and empathic skills; ability to negotiate, multitask, and stay organized.

Responsabilités

• Supervise clinic staff and retainer doctors and dentists.
• Ensure quality medical and dental healthcare for all members.
• Handle and manage concerns raised by staff and doctors.
• Monitor outpatient approval request accuracy and timeliness.
• Guide, coach and motivate staff; ensure proper redirection to FSC.
• Review and assist in attainment of objectives and targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Approve daily time records for staff and doctors.
• Investigate and resolve notices for correction from claims and complaints.
• Ensure clinic equipment are functional and facilities well maintained.
• Monitor clinic expenses and liquidation.
• Monitor delivery of check payments for doctors and hospitals.
• Perform tasks as assigned.
