The Digital Health Coordinator is a key member of the operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our virtual care services, encompassing both Telehealth and ePharmacy/Logistics. This role involves performing routine coordination tasks with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and the IT/Tech team, managing simple escalations, and maintaining up-to-date schedules and records to ensure a seamless digital experience for our patients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve routine escalations from various stakeholders, including HCPs, patients, and corporate accounts, directing complex issues to senior staff.
• Monitor service dashboards to track key performance indicators and assist in data collection for routine reports.
• Maintain accurate records of virtual consultations and patient-related data to ensure service quality and compliance.
