Physicians Diagnostic Services Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead a team in a diagnostic environment.

You will implement policies, maintain regulatory compliance, manage PEME workflows for overseas workers, and drive service improvements while coordinating recruitment and staff training to meet client expectations. This role focuses on operational excellence and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 2–10 years of healthcare management experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role within a clinic, diagnostic center, occupational health facility, or PEME clinic.
• Experience with OFW pre-employment medical examination services is highly preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, accreditation processes, and healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of PEME workflows and occupational health standards.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality management systems, and patient privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards; monitor performance.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, accreditation requirements, and healthcare standards.
• Maintain readiness for inspections, audits, and accreditation reviews; ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Oversee PEME processes for overseas workers and timely medical examinations and reports.
• Ensure accurate scheduling and efficient management of high-volume applicant processing.
• Monitor turnaround times and service standards; promote professionalism and patient-centered service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning; build relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Address client concerns; identify opportunities to expand clinic services and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in strategic planning and business growth; establish and monitor quality assurance programs.
• Review incident reports and operational challenges; drive continuous improvement of service delivery.
