Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic management or health/beauty service environment
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Customer service orientation and sales focus

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic daily operations, staffing, appointments, treatments, opening/closing procedures
• Lead, coach, and develop clinic team, monitor attendance and performance
• Ensure outstanding customer experience from arrival through post-service follow‑up
• Monitor sales, KPIs, upselling, promotions, and revenue targets
• Oversee inventory, asset management, and equipment safety/compliance
• Maintain hygiene, safety, sanitation, and regulatory adherence
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports; coordinate with HQ/other departments
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HR and QA for improvements
