Job summary

Primma Recruitment Services is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to lead daily operations of a women's health and fertility clinic, ensuring an exceptional patient journey from inquiry to post-treatment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or healthcare administration.
• 3–5 years in operations management or clinic administration.
• Healthcare facility experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and clinic management/HR systems.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Develop and improve SOPs, policies, handbooks, and procedures.
• Represent the clinic with exceptional customer service and patient experience.
• Respond to inquiries across channels with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle escalations with timely, effective resolutions.
• Create scripts, templates, and service standards for consistency.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure clean, compliant facilities and maintenance of equipment.
• Administer HR tasks: attendance, leave, payroll support, records.
• Design training and development programs to boost service quality.
