Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a qualified Healthcare Clinic Administrator to lead regulatory compliance and clinic operations across diverse healthcare services. The role requires 5+ years in regulatory roles, a Nursing or allied health degree, a PRC license preference, and 3+ years managing a clinic or facility.

Proficiency with SAP and EMR systems is expected to ensure seamless patient care. Strong leadership, organization, and liaison skills with doctors and staff are essential to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience with regulatory oversight roles (LGU, BIR, DOH, FDA, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or allied health (medical technology, radiologic technology, physical therapy, pharmacy).
• PRC license as RN or Allied Health Professional preferred.
• At least 3 years managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
• Healthcare administration degree or certificate is an advantage.

Job description

Qualifications

• >5 years work experience plus other regulatory roles like LGU/BIR/DOH/FDA regulatory oversight, PCO, Safety Officer, ACLS provider, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or other allied health profession (medical technology, radiologic technology, physical therapy, pharmacy)
• Current PRC license as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional is preferred
• At least 3 years of work experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic
• A degree or certificate in healthcare administration is an advantage

Required Skills

• CPR, First Aid, BLS or ACLS provider training is an advantage
• BOSH Safety Officer 3 training is an advantage
• Ability to supervise, coach, and mentor clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided
• Knowledge in procuring consumables, supplies, equipment, and instruments needed in the clinic
• Competency in computer-based healthcare administration systems, systems including but not limited to online appointment scheduling platforms, queuing, electronic medical records, laboratory & radiology information system and enterprise resource planning (e.g., SAP)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and doctors, as well as the public
