Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, setup, and launch of the Cardiology Clinic.
• Coordinate clinic accreditation, licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, vendors, contractors, and service providers during clinic establishment.
• Oversee facility preparation, equipment procurement, and installation.
• Develop clinic policies, procedures, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Implement and manage medical records, scheduling, billing, and patient management systems.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise clinic staff.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations, patient privacy requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage daily clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and staff performance.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, productivity, and operational performance.
• Address patient concerns and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Support physician relations, referral networks, and business growth initiatives.
