The role focuses on building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions while maintaining accurate records and supporting retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, sales support, account management, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented, professional, and able to handle concerns calmly and effectively.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple clients or tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in manufacturing or B2B environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and coordinate with relevant departments to provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
• Monitor client accounts, transactions, requests, and other related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, documents, or other client requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports, records, and documentation related to client interactions and concerns.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, or other client-related documents when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and updated client information and communication records.
• Support customer retention and contribute to achieving client satisfaction and business objectives.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor or management.
