Job summary

ABSI is seeking a Sales and Customer Success Specialist in the Philippines to bridge new business with long-term client retention. You will be the primary contact for corporate clients, handling inbound inquiries, guiding onboarding, and delivering high-touch customer support.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong understanding of B2B dynamics, and the ability to collaborate with product and operations teams to maximize service value for corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, corporate customer support, or client success in a service-oriented field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate structures, procurement processes, and decision-making workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, helpdesk ticketing systems, and professional communication tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executives and managers.
• Consultative, solutions-oriented mindset to navigate complex corporate accounts.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Sales & Lead Qualification: respond to corporate inquiries, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored service solutions.
• Account Onboarding: guide new corporate clients through setup, implementation, and onboarding.
• Account Management & Support: serve as the primary contact for existing B2B accounts, resolve issues, answer billing questions, and handle technical inquiries.
• Upselling & Retention: monitor client health, engage before renewals, and identify cross-sell opportunities across service tiers.
• CRM Pipeline & Data Management: maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, sales stages, and tickets.
• Feedback Loop: collect client feedback and share with product, operations, and leadership to drive improvements.
