Job summary

SAFESTEP PHILIPPINES OPC seeks a proactive Client Relations Specialist to serve as the primary contact for client inquiries in the Mandaluyong area. You will coordinate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and achieve client goals.

You will also identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts, address client concerns promptly, and provide regular progress reports to clients and management.

Responsibilities

• Client relations: Act as the main contact person for client inquiries, feedback, and daily support.

• Problem resolution: Handle client complaints and solve issues quickly to prevent escalation.
