Qualificações

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, business development, recruitment operations, or high-volume contact centers.
• Proven ownership of client relationships and outcomes.
• Negotiation skills for pricing, renewals, and service commitments.
• Consultative, sales-oriented mindset to identify needs and drive actions.
• Ability to manage multiple employer accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Comfort with systems, tools, and data to track activities and drive outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-driven and proactive with initiative and sound decision-making.
