Nasdaq is seeking a Client Success Specialist in Manila to deliver exceptional client experiences and support market data products. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure high-quality service outcomes and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes client focus, problem-solving, and clear communication, with a requirement for night shifts and occasional Nasdaq office visits in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in Client Service or Client Success, preferably fintech/financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Amenable to night shift and twice-weekly Nasdaq office visits in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, addressing product and technical questions clearly.
• Draft time-sensitive client communications, alerts, mass emails, and updates.
• Support migrations and upgrades of data products with technical teams.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Leverage internal tools and AI to optimize workflows and service delivery.
• Represent Data business on Incident Code Calls affecting U.S. proprietary data products.
