Nasdaq is seeking a Client Success Specialist to deliver exceptional client experiences and support the development of market data products. You will be the primary contact for clients, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure high-quality service outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in Client Service in fintech or financial services, strong communication, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Client Service or Client Success, ideally within fintech/financial services.
• Strong ability to balance high-touch client needs with internal priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Amenable to night-shift work and twice weekly in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing product and technical questions with clarity and professionalism.
• Draft time-sensitive client communications, including alerts, mass emails, and database updates with follow-up.
• Support migrations and upgrades of data products with technical and development teams.
• Analyze and report on operational metrics to identify trends and drive service improvements.
• Leverage internal tools and automation (AI-powered where applicable) to optimize workflows.
• Represent the Data business on Incident Code Calls that impact U.S. proprietary data products.
