Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Specialist in Metro Manila to deliver exceptional client experiences and support the ongoing development of market data products.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure high-quality service outcomes, while owning client communications and issue resolution. The role requires 3+ years in client service, strong communication, and the ability to work a night shift, with bi-weekly in-office presence at the Bonifacio

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Client Service or Client Success experience, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data-analysis capabilities.
• Willingness to work Night-Shift and come to the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City twice a week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing product and technical questions with clarity and professionalism.
• Draft time-sensitive client communications, alerts, mass emails, and database updates with follow-up.
• Support migrations and upgrades of data products with technical teams.
• Analyze and report on operational metrics to identify trends and drive service improvements.
• Leverage internal tools and automation, including AI-powered solutions, to optimize workflows.

As a Client Success Specialist reporting to Director - Client Support Services, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the ongoing development of Nasdaq's market data products and services.

What You’ll Do

Nasdaq is looking for a motivated Client Success Specialist to join a small, collaborative team dedicated to supporting clients and enhancing the delivery of our market data products. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure high-quality service outcomes and continuous improvement.

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing product and technical questions with clarity and professionalism.
• Manage and draft time-sensitive client communications, including alerts, mass emails, and database updates with appropriate follow-up.
• Support migrations and upgrades of data products in collaboration with technical and development teams.
• Analyze and report on operational metrics to identify trends and drive service improvements.
• Leverage internal tools and automation - including AI-powered solutions - to optimize workflows and enhance client service delivery.
• Representing the Data business on Incident Code Calls that impact U.S. proprietary data products

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Client Service or Client Success, ideally within a fintech or financial services environment.
• Strong ability to balance the needs of high-touch clients with internal stakeholder priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Amenable to working Night-Shift and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with web technologies such as HTML.
• Familiarity with market data or trading platforms.
• Domain knowledge of capital markets or regulated financial services environments.
