Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Assistant Manager, Client Success in the Philippines to drive exceptional client experiences by ensuring effective service delivery and strong client relationships. You will liaise between clients, brokers, and internal teams to meet Gallagher’s standards and support growth.

The role requires leading a team, coaching staff, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-paced insurance brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant client servicing, insurance, or brokerage experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and service requests
• Oversee end-to-end servicing of client accounts and ensure timely deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor service levels and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
• Lead, coach, and develop Client Success Associates
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and client servicing processes
• Track client metrics and prepare management reports
