You will oversee servicing operations, coach teams, and translate complex insurance concepts into clear, value-driven insights for multinational and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related discipline.
• Relevant industry certifications in Insurance or Risk Management are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior relationship owner for key clients, ensuring proactive, high-quality service.
• Lead account management, renewals, client reviews, and escalation handling with tailored solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end client servicing operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop client servicing teams to build capability and client-first culture.
• Provide strategic risk advisory and translate complex concepts into clear insights.
• Support client retention, account growth, and onboarding with sales and business leaders.
