Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Customer Success professional to summarize data, analyze sales and consumer trends, and deliver client-ready reports and presentations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a digitally enabled environment. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is required.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to interpret data and tell a story.
• Proficiency in English and ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs.
• Analyze and interpret sales and consumer data.
• Deliver final reports and presentations with clear recommendations.
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies.
• Use internal tools and data sources and align with COE processes.
