Job summary

NielsenIQ seeks an intern to support the Customer Success & Analytics & Insights team in delivering retail measurement insights and business analyses for Asia clients. You will build client presentations, work with retail data, and learn how insights translate into impact.

Collaborate with experienced consultants, gain hands-on analytics, storytelling, and client engagement skills while delivering accurate, well-structured deliverables in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics or related fields.
Strong interest in analytics, insights, or market research.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills; comfortable handling information clearly and logically.

Responsibilities

Presentation development for clients: build, structure, and polish presentations for Indonesia-based clients and turn data findings into clear visuals and takeaways.
Insights & analytics support: prepare performance overview decks, category snapshots, and data analyses.
Tools & solutions learning: gain working knowledge of NielsenIQ RMS and related solutions; interpret data tables and derive insights.
Collaboration & project support: work with Consulting Lead and Customer Success Executive to support client workstreams and prep for meetings and reviews.
Operational excellence: ensure accuracy and attention to detail; take ownership of small tasks and improve templates and workflows.
