Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a client-focused role in the Philippines to support relationships and deliver timely insights and reports. You will resolve inquiries and collaborate across functions to drive client satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key tasks include maintaining client contacts, owning reporting activities, and coordinating with Operations, Technology, and Data Science teams to ensure deliverables meet client needs within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Advanced formulas and functions in Excel; data manipulation and analysis.
• Power BI dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting.
• Client-ready PowerPoint presentations with storytelling of insights.
• CRM workflows and client management concepts in Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client contacts and contribute to client satisfaction targets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with client representatives.
• Own reporting activities, including report maintenance and analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries related to databases, software, coding, and deliverables.
• Broaden knowledge of client business issues and NIQ services.
• Liaise with Operations, Offshore Partners, Technology, Data Science, and other teams.
• Monitor inquiry progress against service levels and escalate when needed.
• Build strong relationships with client support teams to ensure service levels are met.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with client needs and timelines.
