Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Taguig City is seeking a Client Services Representative to handle inbound customer service calls and emails, shaping Abbott Rapid Diagnostics' image with customers, vendors and partners.

The role requires night-shift availability (6:00 PM–10:00 AM) in the Philippines and solid communication skills; you will research questions, document interactions, and ensure confidentiality in line with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required.
• Strong Computer/Software Skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 6:00 PM to 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time).
• Must be amenable to work on Overtime or during Rest Days when business requests for additional (paid) hours.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

As the Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for shaping Abbott Rapid Diagnostics' image with its customers, vendors, and business partners. The role handles inbound customer service and supply order calls, as well as responding to customer emails.
