Job summary

IntoGREAT Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Client Services Officer to support Australian accounting and advisory firms by guiding onboarding, providing platform support, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

You will conduct virtual onboarding sessions via Microsoft Teams, help clients explore features, build relationships with accounting and advisory firms, and coordinate follow-ups to drive platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services, Customer Support, Customer Success, Account Coordination, or Client Onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting online meetings, training, or onboarding sessions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities
