Qualifications

5+ years of meeting industry experience.
Experience leading people, managing teams, or leading projects is desirable.
Life Sciences experience preferred, knowledge of HCP interaction regulations a plus.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and drive action.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of meeting planners including office-based/home-based/hybrid employees.
Coach and oversee performance to promote engagement and timely delivery.
Set measurable goals for team and individual performance across productivity, quality, and customer service.
Ensure client rules are applied for compliance and experience expectations.
Manage daily tasks and SLAs across client portfolio with proactive mitigation.
