Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in meeting industry.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Life Sciences experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of meeting planners including office-based, home-based, and hybrid employees.
• Drive optimal employee performance through coaching and performance management.
• Set comprehensive, measurable goals for team and individuals.
• Ensure client rules are applied across planning lifecycles for compliance and customer experience.
• Manage daily tasks and SLAs across client portfolio with proactive mitigation.
• Plan and manage resources to meet forecasted workload.
• Collaborate with Client Core Team on SOW deliverables, profitability, and retention.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and incident response.
• Maintain client SOPs and configure client business rules in planning platform.
• Triages issues between platforms and elevates to support teams as needed.
