Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Manila Speaker Bureau Logistics Planner to manage and coordinate logistics for meetings and events tailored for Life Sciences organizations. You will be the main point of contact for venues, food & beverage, and audio-visual vendors, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently and compliantly.

The ideal candidate has over 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in planning and customer service, and excels in a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility, exceptional communication skills, and comfort with technology are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of events planning, and/or customer service experience or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in catering to US clients, preferably in a phone-based Customer Service role.
• Relevant events or meeting planning experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with US cultural norms and practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Proficiency in PC applications, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Knowledge in SharePoint, Salesforce, and Smartsheet preferred.
• Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve routine problems.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client Core Team on meeting logistics.
• Coordinate all aspects of planning and delivery of meeting logistics.
• Confirm and secure venue bookings following compliance rules.
• Plan and confirm Food & Beverage needs for meetings.
• Review and secure audio-visual needs for meetings.
